Salman Khan and singer Sonu Nigam showed up for the aarti and visited the Ganpati idol in Lalbaug, the largest Ganesha idol in Mumbai. It was a hectic day with crowded streets and traffic galore and over six-lakh devotees waiting for their turn to praise the idol. Later in the evening, Shilpa and Shamita Shetty along with their parents also came to pray to Ganesha as well. Here are some photos.

Shilpa Shetty isn’t playing with petty figures, she wants all or nothing. Shilpa was set to be in the upcoming British comedy, ‘Quick, Slip Me A Bride’ but at the last second was taken out of the cast. Actress Shilpa Shetty seems to be on a roll. From arranging parties with her now public boyfriend Raj Kundra to launching her own DVD on yoga, the actress sure seems to be stretching herself. It’s no wonder then that the Bollywood actress decided to enlist herself to learn a few yogic asanas (postures) from none other than India’s reigning yoga guru - Baba Ramdev – who is holding a yoga camp in Mumbai. Shilpa, a self-confessed fitness freak is believed to have taken up yoga as she suffers from cervical spondylosis. Her day at the camp ended with Shilpa presenting Ramdev with one of her fitness DVDs called ‘Shilpa’s Yoga’!! Honestly does she really thing Baba Ramdev is going to practicing yoga every morning tuning into her DVD… the things people do for free publicity!

Former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson wishes to work with the actress in a Bollywood movie. yson who recently did a promotional video for Feroz Nadiadwala’s ‘Fool N Final’, has admitted to his new found love for Bollywood films. He now wants to act in more films and Shilpa Shetty is on the top of his wish-list of co-stars. Tyson says “the energy on the sets” of the music video of ‘Fool N Final’ that he shot in Las Vegas got him to think about trying out more Bollywood work. But what is it that made him join Shilpa’s long list of admirers in the West? He says “it’s her beauty, grace, wit and the way she carries herself” is what made him think of her as the ideal co-star. “There’s something about her that can make anyone go weak in the knees”, he remarks. Shilpa’s spokesperson Dale Bhagwagar says he is aware of Tyson’s wish. We hope for Shilpa’s sake that there is no kissing scene should the two work together. He gives “nibbling on the ear” a new meaning altogether.
